The units are fabulous, practical with the bedroom, a partial view, for instance. The location is great and stunning, restaurants and bars were in front of the hotel. The staff is amicable, outstandingly accommodating.

The hotel had a marvellous location within short walking distance to Artisans Market. The room was cleaned on daily basis and available where the water was still running. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe were provided.

The bed was horrible here.

We found out good prices in the hotel. The venue was fairly clean and had very attentive staff. The setting was amazing, very close to local restaurants all very friendly and the beach in Puerto Morelos and the center of town. Had reasonably priced and excellent meal in the club.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The rooms were clean and simple, and the location right on the beach was perfect. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is its strongest point - there is nothing like looking out your window or door directly at the ocean or listening to the waves as you lie in bed at night. The staff are very friendly and cheerful.
